This is a DTF Item, it can be put on any type of shirt, I would stay away from anything that is too dark or light depending on the color of the lettering.

Lettering is Black, Stay away from Black, Dark Grey, Dark Blue
Lettering is White, Stay away from Light Grey, White, Silver.
